Jeanne d'Orleans, CHA, PHR
Jeanne shares her 20+ years of Training, Operations, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing experience in the Hospitality industry.

Her career has included many years of successful accomplishments in a variety of hotels from coast to coast and corporate positions with several Hospitality Management companies.  She discovered her passion for training in 1991 as a Regional Training Manager for Cendant Corporation. She has been on the faculty of the University of South Carolina's Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management School. Choice Hotels International has asked her to speak at their international convention six times. Look for her regular column called Management Trends in Hotel & Motel Management magazine.

Jeanne earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Barry University (Miami, FL), and did graduate work at Oklahoma City University. Her professional certifications include Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and Accredited Certification Instructor (ACI) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association (she loves to help associates achieve their own CHA). She's also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management, Professional Dynametric Programs®  (Behavioral Assessment) and TIPS® (Alcohol Awareness). Jeanne is a graduate of the Ritz Carlton Leadership Center.

Barbara d'Orleans
Barbara's background includes success as a Director of Sales and Marketing for a 4-Star Florida Golf Resort, Motorcoach Tour Designer and Host, Personal Success Coach, Television Producer and Host as well as 8 years of Personnel Management.  Her goal has always been to improve the quality of life for those she meets.

25 years of teaching Personal Development workshops has allowed Barbara to help people from a wide variety of backgrounds to achieve increased confidence and improved self image.

The information in her seminars is timely, educational and down-to-earth.  Her style is informal, empathetic and presented with a bit of humor.  Comments from her clients range from "The Best We've Had in Years" to "Very Inspirational".  Educators have said Barbara is "Born to Teach".
